Where do you work?
PnB Builders is based in Quezon City and takes projects in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Rizal.
What should I prepare for a quote?
Your name, phone, email, and city, plus the lot or floor area, a budget range, the timing you have in mind, and a short description. Send photos of the site by email after the request.
Do you publish prices?
No. The price is discussed after a conversation about the scope. The budget range on the form is yours. It is not a price list.
Do permits come with the job?
When a house, renovation, or store needs a permit, that work is part of the engagement. Bring the lot documents and any drawings you already have.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am–8:00 pm.
How do I send photos?
The quote form collects the written details. Send site photos by replying to the email from info@pb.builders. If a Viber number is listed on the site, you can send them there as well.
What kinds of projects do you take?
Whole home renovations, new houses, and commercial store renovations, plus fit-out, design, permits, and project management for that work. A small repair, a high-rise tower, an industrial plant, or a government infrastructure project sits outside that work.
