Inquiry
Send a quote request with your name, city, the size of the work, a budget range, and a short description. After that, send site photos by replying to the email.

Site visit
PnB Builders visits the property, reviews the space, and confirms what the job includes.

Scope and design
The layout and finishes are agreed, and the scope is written down. The price is discussed after that conversation.

Permits
When the job needs a permit, that paperwork is part of the engagement and moves with the design or the build.

Construction
The work follows the agreed scope. A change is written down before it is built.

Turnover
You walk the finished house, renovation, or store and receive what was built.
